Intermediate Trail Running

Join us for a guided run in the local fells, during which you will pick up tips and advice on nutrition, training, equipment, route planning and much more. Your instructor will choose a route that is suited to the fitness and abilities of the group, and during the run you will get a chance to chat with the instructor about any aspect of trail running you wish to learn more about. Duration: Half day Instructor/client ratio: 1:8 Equipment needed: Running shoes, water, snacks Equipment provided: None Additional requirements: You must be a festival ticket holder and 18+ to sign up for this session.
