Base Camp Festival 2017 will be open between 2 pm Thursday 7th September and 5 pm Sunday 10th September 2017. Entry to the site will only be allowed with a valid Festival Ticket. No tickets will be sold on the door.

Standard Festival Ticket is £123.60 (on sale 4th April until 2nd June 2017)
Late Release Festival Ticket is £133.80 (on sale 3rd June until 1st August 2017)
Lastminute Festival Ticket is £143.40 (on sale 2nd August to 31st Aug 2017)
Base Camp Festival has been sold-out 3 years in a row, so we cannot guarantee Lastminute Festival tickets will go on sale as we may already be full. Keep an eye on our Facebook or Twitter account for updates

Car Parking & Campervan Parking tickets will be available to purchase nearer the date for £10 each for the weekend.
What's will be included in the Car Parking Ticket & Campervan Parking Ticket price:
- One ticket entitles one vehicle to one space in the parking or campervan fields for the weekend
- There is limited space, once full, parking will be available on the public road.
Additional Adventure activities will go on sale on 1st August 2017
As well as buying your Festival Ticket which includes many free adventure workshops and activities, we recommend booking one or two additional adventures (you can see examples of these on the Adventure Page) These Adventures are mostly at discounted prices, encouraging you to try something new at the weekend!
We will start to add full details of the adventure activities and workshops early in 2017 and will go on sale on 1st August 2017. Those who already hold Festival Tickets will be given the first opportunity to book the spaces.
Before buying a ticket please read our TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions may be subject to change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission in any circumstances, to provide security, safety and comfort of all guests.
- Prohibited items include, but are not restricted to: glass bottles, drugs/illegal substances, animals with the exception of registered guide dogs, BBQs, weapons, fireworks, chinese lanterns, flares. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner shall be confiscated. Ticket holders who attempt to enter the site with prohibited items may be refused entry or be required to leave the festival.
- Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on site may face eviction from the site.
- Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Base Camp Festival and its partners will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event, including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles.
- Activities at Base Camp Festival will be photographed and filmed and will be used for marketing future events. By attending you consent to the publication of this material with no compensation for such use.
- We do not offer refunds in the event of lost or stolen tickets.
- We do not accept bookings for persons under 18 years old.
Taking part in adventurous activities
Outdoor activities come with a danger of personal injury and death. Base Camp Festival and its partners will take every care to ensure your safety and well-being. However, by their very nature, adventure activities involve an element of risk which can never be totally eliminated. All participants should be prepared to accept these risks and to take responsibility for their actions.
These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Base Camp Festival and/or its partners. The contract shall be formed when Base Camp Festival and/or its partners acknowledges acceptance of your booking and has received the required payment. Applying to attend an activity indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.
To book an activity a deposit for the full value of the activity as stated in the promotion must be made. We cannot accept bookings by telephone or "provisional" bookings. A booking can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellation and Changes by Customer
We cannot accept the cancellation of a booking unless we receive written notice from you. To cover our expenses and administration time, the following cancellation charges apply to Festival, Activities, Car & Caravan Tickets:
Cancellation by 1st May 2017: 50% of total price of ticket
Cancellation by 1st July 2017: 70% of total price of ticket
Cancellation on or after 2nd July 2017: No refund
In the event of a no-show or not arriving on time for an activity no refund will be made.
Tickets are transferable (i.e the name on the Ticket can be changed) up to and including the 29th August 2016. However an admin fee of £10 will be charged for each change. To guests who wish to bulk buy tickets for friends please get in touch with us and we may be able to waive this transfer fee but only if agreed in advance of purchase.
Cancellation by Base Camp Festival
Base Camp Festival and/or its partners do not cancel activities if it is raining or if it is not sunny, only in event of severe weather conditions that have an effect on safety will activities be postponed or cancelled.
In the rare instance that it may be necessary, we reserve the right to cancel any activity where conditions prevent safe participation or where insufficient bookings or participant cancellation make the activity unworkable.
If we need to cancel an activity for any reason then participants will be invited to transfer to another activity. Should the participant wish to take up the offer of a transfer, any difference in cost will be charged or credited accordingly. Where the offer of a transfer is not accepted a refund will be made to the customer by the same method the deposit was taken. It will not be possible to refund in cash unless the initial deposit was taken in cash. The refund made to the customer will reflect only the activity or part of the activity cancelled and thus will be a part or full sum of the entire payment made to Base Camp Festival.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Festival you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions or refund policy of the authorised ticket agent from whom You purchased a Ticket. Where the cancellation takes place part-way through an Event, You will only be entitled to a refund of part of the face price which You paid for the Ticket. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation in relation to the Event which have been arranged by You are made at Your own risk and neither the authorised ticket agent nor the Promoter will have any liability for any such loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.
We cannot accept responsibility unless you or any member of your party suffer as a result of any proven failure to perform, or improper performance of, any part of our contract with you by any of our employees, agents or sub-contractors (providing they were carrying out work authorised by us).
We cannot accept any responsibility where any injury, damage or loss resulted from; any act or omission of the person or persons affected, any act or omission of a third party not connected with your activity and which were not foreseen or unavoidable, an event which neither Base Camp Festival nor the activity provider could have foreseen or avoided even with all due care.
Except for claims for personal injury or death, we limit the maximum amount we may have to pay you to the price paid in respect of each person affected.
We take safety very seriously. However outdoor activities, by their very nature, do contain some element of risk and it is a condition of booking that you understand this. Participants must acknowledge these risks and take steps to act in their own best interests. For all our activities, we recommend that you take out your own personal accident insurance cover.
All bookings are on the basis that the customer will, at all times, observe the safety regulations and follow the safety instructions of our agents and activity providers. In the interests of safety, you undertake to follow the advice of your instructor or guide, and act sensibly and prudently at all times. Instructors reserve the right not to complete an activity with clients who may be deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise unfit to participate in the activity.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit enough to undertake your chosen activity. We strongly advise against alcohol and/or drugs being consumed whilst you are undertaking an activity. We are not responsible for any accidents, illnesses or loss of any activity days as a result of alcohol and/or drug consumption.
For safety reasons, some activities may have certain age and health restrictions. When booking, we ask that you declare any medical conditions relating to yourself or the people covered by your booking. We cannot accept any responsibility for any condition not disclosed.
We do not accept bookings for persons under 18 years old.
All travel arrangements to the weekend are the sole responsibility of participants. We cannot facilitate local transport or other arrangements. In some cases it may be possible for members to share lifts with each other to attend an event and we may be able to liaise between members to facilitate this however participants do so at their own risk.
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for your own property and any equipment issued as part of an activity. You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party and indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions.
Participants bringing along valuables and personal property do so at their own risk and are responsible for their safety. Base Camp Festival cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items.
All our activities are physical and demanding sports, which obviously have inherent hazards associated with them. Whist Base Camp Festival, its agents and activity suppliers take all necessary precautions to try and ensure the safety of all participants, unfortunately accidents could occur in consequence. Base Camp Festival accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury resulting from any persons' involvement in activities. Furthermore, it is understood and agreed that individuals participate at their own risk
Any complaints must be notified to Base Camp Festival on the day so that attempts can be made to resolve any problems immediately
